Return Policy

Dear customer,

Please read the followings before returning the merchandise.

Before you return the item, you should contact us first. You can email us and state the product condition or detail. At this time we'll get ready for the product return. This is one of the basic factors that you should consider and pay attention to. The other basic factor is that after receiving your order, the returns must be made within 20 days since you received RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization Number ) .That's to say we will not process return for you unless we received return parts in 20 days since we send RMA number to you. If you would simply like to exchange an order or return it for a refund or place a new order on our website, please see our return policy below.

1. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) that from our Customer Service Department or they will not be accepted.

2. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. We accept return and admit the shipping fee in these conditions:shipping damage,shipping lost.

3. If customers make mistakes in ordering the machandise,or manchandise no fit,or customers don't like it,we accept the return but will not pay for the shipping fee(original shipping fee & return shipping fee).

4. We refuse to accept the return in these conditions:customers make damages on the products, return for no reason,return without our permission.

5. Merchandise should be returned in a new re-sellable condition, the original packaging must also be included with.The following items are not acceptable for return: All High-Performance Parts, Controllers, CDIs, Custom Chains, Tools, Special Orders, Manuals, Books or any Used Parts.

6. The freight collect and COD packages will be refused.

7. Please remember that the clearance and sale items will not be eligible for return.

8. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returned parts, except shipping damage, shipping lost.
